Thanks to the anonymous contributor who sent this lovely portrait along for our site - but after looking at it for quite a while, we're left with a nagging question:

Is this before plastic surgery
or after some traumatic accident?

Some pretty radical catastrophes have been the result of natural causes, but when you see something this far removed from the norm, it's pretty obvious that industrial machinery has been involved ...

... or ought to be.

And yes, we've had the file examined by a graphic artist with experience in digital photo manipulation: the photo isn't digitally enhanced - nobody applied Power Goo or a morphing filter to achieve this effect after the picture was taken. More likely, it was done with a claw hammer or pit bull a good while before.

Of course, that's extrapolating on our artist's concise and professional opinion:

"Gawd DAMN!"
